The active academic year and term are controlled through the School Administrator's academic calendar, to preserve existing term reports.

Use your own verified Super Admin account to support this school. You do not need its administrator's password.
An audited support visit starts in View Mode. To correct classes, learner details, school notices or timetables, enable Edit Mode with your Super Admin password and a reason. Assessment marks, report approvals and other protected data remain locked.

Only Super Admins can manage school memberships. Email and names supplied by an owner are identification aids, not verified Firebase Authentication records.

Create or invite a School Administrator here using their verified school identity and email. You do not need to visit Firebase for each person. Existing Firebase accounts can also be linked by verified email.

TWA handles the Firebase account and school assignment securely. TWA requests a password-setup email for new accounts; delivery depends on Firebase Email settings.

Import a complete NaCCA curriculum PDF once. Gemini File Search indexes the document, and teachers can find learning indicators directly without manually adding them to the app.

School application setup
One Super Admin · Independent school workspacesThe Super Admin provisions a school once. That school's administrator then creates and manages teacher accounts and chooses local school settings.
Create a school record and set its subscription in the control centre.
Assign a Firebase account as the School Administrator for that school.
Publish school branding, then prepare an Android source project or share the installable school web app.
Source ZIP ≠ APKTo distribute a signed APK you must build the Android source with Android Studio or a trusted build service and securely retain that school's signing key. Downloading the Android ZIP alone does not produce an installable APK. All schools use the same protected backend and remain isolated by their school membership.

Open school appThis private console can be installed from a browser now. You can also prepare separate Android and Windows owner app source projects.
Android and Windows ZIPs contain buildable source projects, not compiled APK/EXE installers. Building and signing an APK requires an Android build service. Installed web apps are a separate option and do not require an APK.
